Project Manager
We’re looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to help lead projects from concept to completion. You’ll be the bridge between consultation and execution, ensuring every project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Job Scope
Oversee and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Collaborate with admin teams, clients, and contractors to bring visions to life.
Create project timelines and monitor progress at every stage.
Ensure all work complies with local regulations and building codes.
Identify risks and develop solutions to keep projects on track.
Deliver presentations and regular updates to stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Project Management or related field.
5+ years of experience in project management within architecture, renovation or construction.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, etc.)
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Knowledge of sustainability practices and green building standards is a plus.
